We have created the dolls on this site, except where stated…i.e. adoptions, awards and gifts. If we have used a base body from another site we have put a link to the base maker's web site on the same page.

Please understand that the "Terms of Use" are provided for both your protection and ours; they are written to clarify the terms under which the images contained within this collection may be used.  These terms are legally binding.

1. All images that comprise the site itself are the sole, exclusive and permanent property of the artist and may not be reproduced by any method including screen captures and/or downloads.

2. Should you choose to adopt of the our dolls, use one of our bases or use the Drag n Drop, you must use a linking logo and correct referring link.  A text link is permitted.  This is not negotiable.  Using this logo and link is part of the copyright.

3. You may not alter, change, colorize, resize or modify any of our dolls available for adoption or claim them as their own.  You may not use any of the images within the SharNik Dolls to create filters, brushes, tubes, nozzles, fonts or other current/future software plugins. You make use our bases to make your own dolls, but do not claim the bases as your own.  You may recolor eyes, lips and skin tone of bases.

4. Images from SharNik Dolls may NOT be used by individuals whose intent in developing web sites for others is for gain  (whether actual income and /or bartered for trade) whether from the site itself or from the web page developing service.

Use of our images by individuals developing websites with intent to gain is unequivocally denied unless a license and written permission from us has been obtained PRIOR to the downloading, uploading or use of any graphic.

You may not use graphics from SharNik Dolls if you are developing websites for others at no charge and then advertise these sites within a client portfolio with intent to acquire additional paying clients.

5. Images within SharNik Dolls are not to be redistributed for financial gain or placed within any compilation CD, software or other reproducible media.

6. Any site whose intent is to earn revenue (whether actual income and or bartered for trade) is considered a commercial endeavor. 

If you are a commercial endeavor and would like to purchase a license to use these graphics, please email us.

7. Please load the images to your own server or web site directory.  Please do not link directly to our images. If you are unsure how to load to your own directory, please consult the upload data on the site service you are using. Web TV users: please use a Web TV Transloader service.

8. Please refrain from using the images from SharNik Dolls within pages promoting child abuse, hate, bigotry, racism, animal abuse and/or illegal pornographic activities.

9. If for any reason we request that the images from SharNik Dolls be removed from your site, you will be given 72 hours to comply.  Violations of the terms of use could subject you to this request.
